DossierForge is built and sold by Skoft Software.

Who can buy
DossierForge is sold only to businesses. The order step asks you to confirm that you buy for your business.
How an order is made
- On the pricing page, choose One-time or Maintain and press Buy.
- Confirm that you buy for your business and accept the terms of sale.
- On the payment page, which Stripe runs for Skoft Software, enter your email address, billing address, VAT number if you have one and payment details.
- Press the pay button. The contract is concluded when your payment goes through.
- Your licence key and the order confirmation arrive by email.
Until you press the pay button you can check and correct every entry. Type over a field on the payment page to correct it. Use your browser's back button to change the offer or the number of products.
Skoft Software keeps a record of your order, including the version of the terms you accepted. Stripe keeps your invoice. Write to hello@dossierforge.com for a copy of either at any time.
The contract is concluded in English.
Skoft Software has not signed up to any code of conduct.
Refunds
If DossierForge does not work for your product, report it and we fix it. If we cannot make it work, we refund your purchase. The terms of sale set out how to report it.
What a refund does to the licence
A refund ends the licence. The key is revoked and the application stops accepting it at its next online check, so a refunded copy falls back to the free preview: one product, the first pages of each document watermarked, the rest of each document locked and no Word file. The PDF and Word files you already generated stay on your disk. They stay editable, they open without us and they stay yours.
